COVID-19 Updates
At this time, the Markus Products operations and customer service teams are continuing to support all Markus Products customers. The United States Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS continue to operate as essential services, even in areas with shelter-in-place orders. According to the CDC and WHO, there is currently no evidence that COVID-19 is being spread through the mail, and USPS, FedEx, and UPS have temporarily modified services to reduce health risks. In addition, USPS Priority Mail 1-3 day delivery commitment has been extended to 1-7 days. FedEx Express services have suspended all guarantees for Overnight, 2-Day, and Express Saver services.
Shipping Delays

We are continuing to monitor USPS, FedEx, and UPS shipping delays. All carriers are experiencing unprecedented package volumes and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. At this time, your order may be delayed if tracking for the order shows “In Transit, Arriving Late.”

Rest assured, your order should be delivered to you soon. However, if tracking has stopped and you have not received any additional updates 10 days from the last tracking update, please contact Customer Support. We’d be happy to take a further look!
