    St. John’s Wort

    Nettle Leaf

Source of the neurotransmitter serotonin, supports proper adrenal function, enhances nutrient absorption. Lowers blood sugar, increases insulin sensitivity due to chromium content. A complete B complex, C, D, calcium, chromium, cobalt, copper, iron, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, silicon, sulfur, tin, trace minerals, zinc, bioflavonoids, saponins, acetylcholine and serotonin. Banana Peel

Banana peels are high in mood-boosting, feel-good serotonin, a neurotransmitter derived from tryptophan. Speaking of tryptophan, banana peels are high in this compound too. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that’s often prescribed in supplement form to treat sleep problems.

    Rosemary

One of nature’s finest antioxidants and stimulants, it stimulates everything in the body, including circulation to the head, so it’s good for memory and age-related problems. Components in rosemary actually prevent the breakdown of acetylcholine in the brain, a key brain chemical for memory. It’s a good antidepressant because of strengthening effect on the nerves, helps stimulate digestion, menstrual flow, helps low blood pressure, stimulate hair growth, adrenal glands, great for depression, headaches, vertigo, dizziness, increases bile (helps liver, gallbladder), helps stimulate waste to move through body thus eliminating stagnant food from a sluggish digestive system.

    Green Tea

    Glutamine

A non essential amino acid that converts readily into 6-carbon glucose, a prime brain nutrient and energy source. Supplements rapidly improve memory retention, recall, concentration and alertness. Glutamine helps mental performance in cases of retardation, senility, epileptic seizure and schizophrenia. It reduces alcohol and sugar cravings, protects against alcohol toxicity, and controls hypoglycemia.

    Chamomile

A flower herb that’s a great source of the amino acid tryptophan, which is converted into the neurotransmitter serotonin. Relaxes and makes you feel good. Great for stress and peaceful sleep.

There are almost 60 phytochemicals in a single root with a brain powering amino acid profile and includes minerals, sterols, fatty acids, a full array of vitamins, saponins, complex carbs (the “good” carbs), proteins and more. Maca is a hormone balancer and an adaptogen (which is a food that boosts the body’s ability to deal with stress and disease).

    Vitamin B6

Supports all aspects of nerve health including neuropsychiatric disorders and epilepsy. Works as a natural diuretic, especially in premenstrual edema. Controls acne, promotes beautiful skin, relieves morning sickness and is an anti-aging factor. Protects against environmental pollutants, smoking and stress. Oral contraceptives, thiazide, duiretics, penicillin and alcohol deplete B6. Deficiency results in anemia, depression, lethargy, nervousness, water retention and skin lesions. B6 supports the functioning of over 60 enzymes, protein metabolism, production of insulin, adrenaline, eases PMS and menopause, reduces stress.

    Dulse Seaweed

The brain needs lots of minerals and seaweeds are the highest source. Great for balancing nerves and rebuilding just about every bodily function imaginable.

    April F.

I’ve been doing your happy time. Wow! I’m happy all day long. I even had the courage to walk out on a toxic relationship. My daughter says that I smile way more, and that she enjoys seeing me be this happy. I plan to start her tomorrow on it. I can’t wait to start more of your stuff! Thank you so much.
